Kelly Jo Saylor, 50, of Stevens, PA, was charged with Defiant Trespass and Public Drunkenness after returning to a property she’d been warned to stay away from on Friday, Nov. 1, 2024, according to East Cocalico Township Police.

Police say they first responded to a call around 8:30 p.m. that evening, reporting Saylor’s disruptive behavior at a residence on Hill Road in Denver, PA. Officers took Saylor to her home, advising her that returning to the property would lead to trespassing charges.

Less than three hours later, at approximately 11:39 p.m., police were called back to the same Hill Road residence for a second disturbance, where they found Saylor hiding inside the homeowner’s unlocked vehicle parked in the driveway. Officers arrested Saylor without incident and transported her to Lancaster County Central Booking.

Saylor has been convicted for driving under the influence twice and a felony drug charge, court records show.

She remains in the Lancaster County Prison following her preliminary arraignment before Judge William E. Benner Jr. at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2, where bail was set at $10,000, according to her latest court docket.

Her preliminary hearing is set before Judge Clark Bearinger at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8.
